1. Shipping Within Kuwait
Currently, we only offer shipping within Kuwait. We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Shipping Rates
We provide a flat rate of 2KWD for delivery across Kuwait. The shipping is free on orders over 20 KWD.
3. Delivery Time
We strive to provide fast and reliable delivery. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). The delivery time will vary depending on your location within Kuwait.

Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12 PM on weekdays. Please note that this service may depend on your location.

Flowers: Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we strongly recommend that you check your order details before finalizing the purchase to ensure timely delivery.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
6. Packaging
All orders, especially flowers, are carefully packaged to maintain their quality during transport. For floral orders, we ensure that flowers are packaged to minimize any damage while in transit, maintaining their freshness and beauty.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s progress on the carrier's website.
8. Shipping Issues or Damaged Goods

We will do our best to resolve the issue and either send a replacement or offer a refund, depending on the circumstances.
