We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at Hello@bythebunch.shop. Once your return request is approved, you will receive the return shipping address and instructions for sending your package. Please note: Returns will only be accepted if the return request has been made prior to shipping the item back. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice that your item is damaged, defective, or if you received an incorrect product, please contact us immediately at Hello@bythebunch.shop so we can resolve the issue for you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The quickest way to obtain a replacement item is to return your current product, and once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we have received your return, we will inspect it and notify you if your refund has been approved. If your return is approved, you will receive a refund through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
